Went to my best friend’s house last night. Drank too much. I think his best friend is cute. The cute best friend flirted with me all night long.
But the fact of the matter is: it was nothing. As much as it all replays in my mind, it was nothing and I can’t make it into anything by talking about it, obsessing over it, or analyzing it until my brain explodes. I’m not new to these scenarios and I know it. I know I have to be cool about everything and remember that everything is casual. Nothing happened. Attention is attention and nothing more.
